Hello, friend!

I just wanted to say that I am praying for you. Wherever you are right now,

“I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with the power through His Spirit in your inner being so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.”

Ephesians 3:16-21 NIV

You may not see hope right now, but this struggle right now is for a season. You are not going to be stuck in this forever. There is Hope, there is Love. There is Grace and most of all, there is Strength.

My heart goes out to all of you because I know how hard it is. I know how it feels to think or even believe that I am always going to be depressed, or have anxiety or have panic attacks or whatever…time and time again, I have said that this illness does not define you. You are NOT depression, you are NOT anxiety, you are NOT bipolar disorder, you are NOT suicide, you are NOT any of these!

You are a child of God, a daughter or a son of the King, our Heavenly Father! You are more precious than gold or silver in His eyes. You are created for a purpose. You matter to Him so much that He pursues you every single day with His love! God wants you to know that whatever He has started in you, He will complete it till He comes back for us. We all struggle with something and yes, we come across bumps in the road and yes, the devil can use those things to cripple us even more. But I say this, my brother or sister, be encouraged, because whatever was intended to harm us or kill us, God can and will use to bring out the good—the beauty from the ashes. Keep walking forward, get up even when you want to stay under the covers and wallow in your feelings! Maybe, what you are going through will help those who are struggling just like you…Know that your story matters, know that you can talk about how you are feeling. Know that you can actually help someone just by opening your mouth.

Dear friend, I love you! Let’s continue to rely on God’s strength! Let’s continue to have faith, we are in this for a season and in the meantime, continue to trust, look to Him each day!
